Disclaimer of Legal Role

• a) The Leeveit platform, owned by Leeve Technologies Pte. Ltd., facilitates the listing, search, and booking of storage and parking spaces. Operational support in the Philippines is provided by Leeve Technologies Inc.
• b) Leeveit does not own, lease, manage, or control the listed spaces. It operates as a technology and marketing services provider and authorized collection agent as described in the Platform Terms.
• c) Leeveit is not a legal agent, property broker, or lessor of any space. Contracts for use of a space are formed directly between the Client (Lessee) and the Keeper (Lessor).

Limitation of Liability

• a) To the extent permitted by law, Leeveit shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or other harm arising from the use of any listed space, which remains the responsibility of the Keeper and Client under their agreement.
• b) All responsibilities concerning the space—its safety, access arrangements, legality, and compliance—rest with the Keeper and the Client. Leeveit does not supervise the premises.
• c) While Leeveit may assist in gathering documentation for listings, it does not independently verify the completeness, accuracy, or authenticity of such documents; that responsibility rests with the Keeper. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

Service Role Clarification

• a) Leeveit provides marketplace, marketing, and operational support services to Keepers and Clients and does not act as a real estate agent, leasing representative, trustee, or fiduciary.
• b) Any reference to “agent” in the Platform Terms is limited to a technical and administrative capacity for facilitating listings and collection of payments on behalf of the Keeper. Leeveit is not a licensed payment service provider, financial intermediary, or real estate broker under the laws of Singapore or the Philippines.

Governing Law

• a) This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore and, where applicable, the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or venue/dispute provisions set out in the Platform Terms.

Relationship to Platform Terms

• a) In the event of any inconsistency between this Legal Notice and the Platform Terms and Conditions, the Platform Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Changes to this Notice

• a) We may update this Legal Notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

This Legal Notice is for public viewing and shall apply from the moment a user accesses any page within the Leeveit platform.
